Off to a GREAT Start!!!!!

Wow!! What a great start to our season!!! The Southside Picnic this past Saturday was a lot of fun!!! Thanks to all of the parents, kids, and coaches that participted!! The food was wonderful and the football games were lots of fun!! The cheerleaders did a great job on their signs for the upcoming games!! Can't wait to see them displayed on teh field for the players to run thru!!

Youth football and cheerleader picture day was also a HUGE success!! A BIG thank you to Michaels Photography who always does a fantastic job!!

It was a long weekend but tons of fun and it has only just begun!!!!

Equipment and uniform pickup was a success!! Hopefully all parents and coaches feel that it went as good as I did!!

Dispay your South Side Pride with a yard sign!!

The cost is $15.00

The signs are green with white lettering that says " South Side Proud!"

There will also be a picture of a viking on the sign.

There will be order forms in the welcome packets that will be sent to all football players and cheerleaders.

There will also be order forms available at uniform and equipment pick up.

Gearing Up For a Great 2010 Season!!!!

Welcome to all our

returning and our new football players and cheerleaders!!!

We are looking forward to a wonderful season with lots of teamwork and FUN!!!!!
Randy and I are thrilled to be heading up the team again this year and with one year under our belts, we hope to make this season even better and more organized than the last! The football players are expected to work together to achieve goals as well as the parents/caregivers. We look forward to working with you to make South Side a team we are PROUD of.

Respect for the Coaches and Advisors are expected from all players and cheerleaders as they will in return. Please know that the only way that we can achieve a great season is by working together, this includes the parents/guardians.

In a few weeks your “Welcome Packet” will be arriving at your home with lots of important information. Please make sure to look over everything very carefully and please feel free to call with any questions. Every parent is required to work 1 shift in the concession stand. This is very important because the concession stand is the main way that we make money to support our team. Please remember that the coaches and advisors put countless hours into making your child’s season a good one and all we are asking for is 2 hours of your time.

Baked Goods

Every year parents contribute baked good to sell in the concession stand. We are in need of baked goods for our first day on Sept. 12th. PLEASE let me know if you can donate some baked goods to sell. We would really appreciate it!!
